Peter Kautz, Hospital CEO

Peter Kautz has 9 years of leadership experience in hospital, long term care and regional environments . Peter has a passion for developing effective teams of professionals to provide high quality care to the community. Peter was awarded the Kansas Healthcare Association’s Administrator of the Year in 2013 in just his 2nd year of administration. His teams have been awarded 3 American Health Care Association awards for quality as well as being named in the 100 top nursing facilities in the country. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Economics. His hobbies include spending time with his family, golf, basketball, hiking, gardening and taking care of his backyard orchard.

DeShaun Willingham, Director of Nursing

DeShaun is a native of Wichita, Kansas. She received her Nursing degree from Newman University and Master’s degree from Friends University in Healthcare Leadership. DeShaun has been a nurse for 13 years and has multi-disciplinary experience that she brings with her. DeShaun is Passionate about Nursing as a leader she is passionate about employee engagement and a culture of accountability. She considers herself a servant leader and doesn’t ask you to do anything she would not. In her spare time she likes reading and spending time with family and friends. If she had to describe her leadership in a simple sentence it would be this:

Muranjan Biography Photo

Dr. Sunita Muranjan, MD

Dr. Sunita Muranjan is our Medical Director at St. Anthony’s Olathe. She is a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist with a Medical Degree from LTMMC in India. She completed her residencies at G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India, Baylor College of Medicine and Wayne State Medical School in Detroit, Michigan. She specializes in anxiety, mood and psychotic disorders. She is experienced in outpatient, inpatient and consultation-liaison settings. Dr. Muranjan is passionate about treating adult and psychiatric patients while working with families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Cuezze Biography Photo

Dr. Joy Cuezze, MD, CMD

Dr. Cuezze is board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. She attended medical school at the University of Kansas and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Research Medical Center. She continued her education with specialty training in Geriatrics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Cuezze also has a special interest in Palliative Care and is a Certified Medical Director.

Dr. Vishal Adma

Vishal Adma M.D. is a physician executive with 16 plus years of leadership experience Kansas has been his home for the past 20 years. He completed his Psychiatry Residency training at University of Kansas Medical Center and is board certified in Psychiatry. He has been active in the Kansas community working in different settings – as Medical Director at KVC Hospitals, Inc., as an Assistant Professor at University of Kansas Medical Center and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and as a physician surveyor for Joint Commission International. He has certification in Medical Quality from the American Board of Medical Quality. He is a Certified Physician Executive through American College of Physician Executives. He has won several awards throughout his career. He won the “Student Voice Award”, a special recognition towards his dedication to teaching the medical students. He was selected as the “Resident of the Year” in Psychiatry. He won the “Dorland Health People Award”, which is an award given at a national level to honor excellence and dedication for healthcare professionals. He has been recognized as the “Professional Leader of the Year – 2012” by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in Kansas City, and Excellence in Medicine award in 2018 by American Telugu Association.
