Our multidisciplinary team of geriatric psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, dietitians, and group therapists have experience working with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our expert staff have chosen geriatrics as their specialty and pride themselves on providing compassionate and efficient care.
Brian Barbeau, Hospital Administrator
Brian Barbeau has held the title of Executive Director of Nottingham Health and Rehabilitation since its opening in Spring 2014 and now holds the roll of Hospital Administrator at St. Anthony's Olathe location. Under Brian's leadership, Nottingham has achieved a 4-star Medicare rating and has been ranked as a Top 10 Skilled Nursing Facility in the Kansas City Area by the National Post-Acute Care Continuum (NPACC). He is dedicated to the mission of "Improving Lives. Exceeding Expectations." and spends time getting to know patients in order to give them better care.
Richard Bayha Jr., Director of Nursing
Richard Bayha has been a Registered Nurse since 2007, and has been work in Psychiatric services since 2009. He has strong leadership skills that have helped him facilitate positive outcomes for patients and retain employees. He also has experience in Infection Control and Joint Commission Re-accreditation.
Dr. Vishal Adma, Medical Director
Vishal Adma M.D. is a physician executive with 16 plus years of leadership experience Kansas has been his home for the past 20 years. He completed his Psychiatry Residency training at University of Kansas Medical Center and is board certified in Psychiatry. He has been active in the Kansas community working in different settings – as Medical Director at KVC Hospitals, Inc., as an Assistant Professor at University of Kansas Medical Center and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and as a physician surveyor for Joint Commission International. He has certification in Medical Quality from the American Board of Medical Quality. He is a Certified Physician Executive thru American College of Physician Executives. He has won several awards throughout his career. He won the “Student Voice Award”, a special recognition towards his dedication to teaching the medical students. He was selected as the “Resident of the Year” in Psychiatry. He won the “Dorland Health People Award”, which is an award given at a national level to honor excellence and dedication for healthcare professionals. He has been recognized as the “Professional Leader of the Year – 2012” by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in Kansas City, and Excellence in Medicine award in 2018 by American Telugu Association.
Dr. Joy Cuezze, MD, CMD
Dr. Cuezze is board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. She attended medical school at the University of Kansas and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Research Medical Center. She continued her education with specialty training in Geriatrics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Cuezze also has a special interest in Palliative Care and is a Certified Medical Director.
